Spectrum was founded in Tulsa, Oklahoma and has grown from one employee and one mini-storage to over 350 employees and 70 stores. Consistent growth over the past two decades is a testament to our commitment to be a leading supplier of architectural, commercial, and industrial coatings.
Spectrum is proud to be one of the largest distributors of paint for PPG Pittsburgh Paints and Benjamin Moore Paints in the nation. These companies are among the oldest, most respected names in the business and are leaders in today’s paint technology. Spectrum also distributes lacquers, stains and specialty coatings from other manufacturers in order to provide our customers a broad and complete offering of paint and related products.
Each Spectrum location has delivery vehicles to make sure customers receive product in time and in satisfactory condition. Spectrum has field representatives throughout Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia whose job it is to make product recommendations, provide technical assistance and solve problems on site when necessary.
Spectrum Paint Company is one of the largest independent paint dealers in the nation. Most of our product is bulk-shipped directly from the manufacturing facility. In most instances we are able to bring our inventory to market at a lower cost than other competitors.
