Management Training Program
The Management Training Program is designed to hire college graduates looking for a fulfilling career with a growing company in the paint industry. The 12-18 month program aims to train new hires in all aspects of the paint business: operation, management, purchasing, customer service, as well as gaining knowledge of all paint products and protective coatings.
The end goal of this program is to have an educated individual familiar with our company and
products that can then be placed into a Management Role (Store Manager/Assistant Manager) or possibly in the field as a Sales Representative. Potential placement opportunities: OK, AR, MO, KS, NE, NC, SC, VA or any areas we may expand to in the near future. Typically Recruited Majors: Management [Bach]; General Business [Bach]
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 7am to 5pm; Saturday, 8am to 4pm.
